Cancellation policy

The Holding It Together Club is sold as a monthly subscription. This page explains, in plain terms, how your subscription renews and how to change, pause, or cancel it. Subscriptions

When you subscribe, you receive a physical envelope each month for as long as your subscription is active. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment processor, and your subscription renews automatically each month on the anniversary of the date you first subscribed, until you cancel.

Changing, pausing, or cancelling

You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time, either by logging into your account or by emailing us at hi@holdingittogetherclub.com.

  • Cancelling a monthly subscription: Cancellation takes effect after your next billing date. If you cancel before that date, you won't be charged again, but you'll still receive any envelope you've already paid for.
  • Pausing: You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. While paused, no payment is taken and no envelope is sent. You can restart whenever you're ready.
  • Pre-paid plans (3-month, 6-month, annual): You can cancel at any time, but we don't refund the unused portion of a pre-paid plan except where the law requires it (for example, during the 14-day cooling-off period).

We won't ask why you're cancelling, and we won't try to talk you out of it. If you ever want to come back, you're welcome to.

Your 14-day cooling-off right

If you're a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your first envelope under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details, including how refunds work and which items are excluded, are in our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy.
