What's inside each envelope?
Every month is different, but the goal is always the same: a small, analogue hit of dopamine that has nothing to do with a screen. You can expect a personal letter, a collectible iron-on patch, and a handful of other paper surprises designed to make you pause, smile, or just sit still.
How do I apply the iron-on patch?
It's a DTF patch, designed to be ironed on at home. Place it good side up on your fabric, cover it with a thin cloth or baking paper, then press firmly with a hot iron for around 15 to 20 seconds. Let it cool completely before you touch it. Full instructions will be in your envelope too.
I found a winner token in my envelope. What do I do?
Nice. Email me at hi@holdingittogetherclub.com with the code on the token and I'll send your prize over by email. No purchase needed, no catch. Just a little something extra.
Getting started
I subscribed partway through the month. Which envelope will I get?

The one for the month you ordered in. Order in June and you get June's envelope, whenever in June you sign up. We send the bulk of each month's envelopes around the 15th, then do weekly sends through the rest of the month to catch every order that comes in after that. So if you subscribe in the second half of the month, your envelope goes out in one of those later runs rather than the main one. If you order right at the end of the month, your envelope may land a few days into the next month, but it's still that month's envelope, sent to you.

How do recurring payments work?
You're charged on the same day you first subscribed, every month, until you cancel. If you signed up on the 12th, your next payment will be on the 12th of the following month, and so on.
Can I send a gift subscription?
Yes. You can gift 3, 6, or 12 months of envelopes to someone. They'll get the envelope for the month you order in, same as a regular subscription, so a gift bought in July starts with July's envelope, going out in that month's sends. Gift subscriptions don't auto-renew. They simply end when the months you've paid for run out, so there's no surprise charge at the end. Just enter the recipient's name and address in the shipping field at checkout, not your own, unless you're planning to hand it over to them yourself.  
Shipping & delivery
When will my envelope arrive?
The main send goes out around the 15th of each month, with further weekly sends through the rest of the month to catch later orders. Once yours is posted, UK deliveries usually land within 2 to 5 working days. International orders take longer, usually 1 to 3 weeks, sometimes a little more depending on where you are and how long customs takes. If you order near the end of the month, your envelope may arrive a few days into the next month, but it's still that month's envelope.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. There's a UK rate and a standard international rate for everywhere outside the UK.
What if my envelope doesn't arrive?
Check your address is correct in your account. If you're in the UK and it's been more than 10 working days, or if you're international and it's been more than 15 business days (to account for local differences abroad), email me at hi@holdingittogetherclub.com and I'll sort it.
How do I update my address?
Log into your account on the website and you can update it there anytime. Please do it before the end of the month, because that's when addresses are pulled for the next envelope.
Money & cancelling
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or cancel anytime by logging into your account on the website. No hard feelings.
Can I get a refund?
If your envelope arrives damaged or something is missing, email me at hi@holdingittogetherclub.com and I'll send a replacement. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and you won't be charged again, but I don't offer refunds on envelopes that have already shipped.
I forgot to cancel and I've just been charged. Can I get a refund?
If you email me at hi@holdingittogetherclub.com within 48 hours of the charge and your envelope hasn't shipped yet, I'll refund it. If it's already gone out, I can't offer a refund but I can pause or cancel your subscription so you're not charged again. No hard feelings either way.
Can I buy past envelopes?
Not yet, but archive packs of previous months will be available soon. Keep an eye on the website or sign up for emails if you want to know when they drop.
